EasyPay, a self-service terminal provider with operations in 28 countries, launches a digital reception solution for medical clinics, for which it estimates a total investment of over 0.5 million euros in 2026.
The solution reduces the volume of administrative activities at reception by up to 60%, eliminates errors related to payments and patient data collection, and optimizes operational costs by up to 30%, according to company representatives.
“Reception is the first real point of contact between patient and clinic, and the experience sets the tone for the entire medical interaction. Through the digital reception solution, we aim to eliminate repetitive tasks and provide clinics with a tool that simplifies administrative processes, without replacing the human relationship, but rather the opposite. We see increasingly clearly that the direction in healthcare is one where technology takes over operations, while people remain where they truly matter: in interaction with the patient,” explains Serghei Fraseniuc, CEO, EasyPay.
The solution is based on EasyPay terminals integrated with iStoma medical software and has already been implemented in the first clinics in Romania. This year, EasyPay targets implementation of the solution in approximately 100 medical clinics in Romania, with an expansion objective of 300 units in the next 2-3 years.
“We observe in our ecosystem that digitalization has become, in recent years, a necessity for most clinics. Reception automation through the EasyPay solution, integrated with the specialized medical software iStoma, is a natural step for innovation-focused clinics that pursue both the optimization of patient experience and the streamlining of administrative processes and elimination of redundant activities, thus creating solid premises for faster business scaling,” adds Ionuț Botorogeanu, creator of iStoma.
At Monza Dental clinic, part of the Monza ARES Group, digital reception has already been implemented with positive results.
“The implementation of digital reception helps us increase the quality of patient experience, reduce waiting time by optimizing repetitive processes, and meet the expectations of a younger generation of patients who prefer fast and intuitive digital solutions. Technology does not replace human interaction, but rather enhances it,” says Bianca Matei, Marketing Manager MONZA DENTAL.
EasyPay recorded a turnover of approximately 10 million euros in 2025, an increase of about 8% compared to the previous year. The company, founded in 2010 by entrepreneur Serghei Fraseniuc, operates its own network of over 1,100 payment terminals and 15 Crypto ATMs and owns a dedicated factory for the production of self-service equipment. EasyPay is present in 28 countries and operates in industries such as retail, hospitality, transport, and medical services.
