EasyPay is digitizing reception in Romanian clinics, with an investment of over 500,000 euros in 2026. The self-service digital reception eliminates queues, reduces waiting time, and cuts operational costs by up to 30%

EasyPay, one of the most important providers of self-service terminals and services locally, with operations in 28 countries, is launching an innovative digital reception solution for medical clinics, with a total investment expected to exceed half a million euros in 2026.

The digital reception takes over repetitive administrative reception tasks and transforms the patient experience into a fast, digital, queue-free process.

The EasyPay solution automates check-in, appointment scheduling, and payment processes for patients, reducing their waiting time at reception by up to 55% and giving them the ability to manage their interaction with the clinic simply and quickly, in a process that takes, on average, less than 3 minutes. At the same time, the digital reception significantly streamlines the reception activities of medical clinics. Specifically, the solution reduces the volume of administrative activities at reception by up to 60%, eliminates errors related to payments and patient data collection, and optimizes operational costs by up to 30%.

“Reception is the first real point of contact between the patient and the clinic, and the experience sets the tone for the entire medical interaction. Through the digital reception solution, we aim to eliminate repetitive tasks and provide clinics with a tool that simplifies administrative processes, without replacing the human relationship, but on the contrary. We see increasingly clearly that the direction in healthcare is one where technology takes over operations, and people remain where they truly matter: in the interaction with the patient,” said Serghei Fraseniuc, CEO, EasyPay.
