EasyPay is a Romanian group comprising three companies renowned to date in the local market, the USA, Europe, and Africa as a leading provider of self-service solutions, with over 13 years of experience.
EasyPay, owned by Mr. Serghei Fraseniuc, has achieved consistent growth and a leadership position through a well-consolidated team with common objectives to support high performance, best-in-class services, and quality products.
The parent company, EasyPay System, was founded in 2010 when we launched the first payment terminal implemented in the Romanian market as an agent. We currently manage over 1,000 payment terminals in our network, with expansion into Ireland and France, offering over 220 integrated services, including dedicated services for the gambling sector for account top-ups. Payment terminals are currently present in all supermarket and minimarket networks, on streets, in parking lots, and in gambling areas.
Regarding the production of self-service kiosks, these are manufactured by EasyPay Production, which generates sales of over 4,000 kiosks annually; the main products are payment terminals and sports betting terminals, which come in a variety of over 10 different models, with monitor sizes between 19 and 43 inches, any model of printer, banknote or coin acceptor/dispenser, RBG LED lighting, and customized with a client’s logo. We have also developed and implemented secondary-level solutions for sectors such as Retail, HoReCa, Parking, Transport, Crypto, Hotels, Insurance, Fitness, Automotive, and many others.

The EasyBet range, the most popular in our portfolio, offers our clients the great advantage of customizing their products in terms of design and technical configuration. Additionally, for specific projects, clients can choose a design that is exclusively produced and associated with their brand.
As expected, for the support of terminals implemented in the market, within its own and clients’ networks, Easy Technix – the third company in the group – provides warranty and post-warranty services with maintenance and repair performed in-house, as well as software integration at clients’ request.
At the EArena 2023 exhibition, EasyPay will welcome clients with a fresh range, where the main products from the portfolio will be presented and tested by everyone.
For the first time, we will also present the challenge of the year, a Sports Betting Terminal that comes with a double monitor size compared to what is currently available on the market. Our presence at EArena and other relevant industry exhibitions reiterates our future growth plans, especially for the US and European markets, already addressed through payment terminals and sports betting terminals; for which we develop special products, specific to local requirements.
