EasyPay is already a renowned name in Romania, but to avoid confusion, I want to clarify the activities we undertake at the group level and for each of the four companies we own!<\/p>\n

On the parent company, EasyPay System, the first to be established, with a 12-year history, we continuously invest in the network of payment terminals with which we debuted our activity. Currently, our team operates 1000 kiosks implemented in Romania. The payment terminals offer customers the possibility to access and use over 180 services that they can pay for, with the terminals being extremely easy to use by any age group. I mention payment terminals here because they have found a well-defined place in casinos and sports betting agencies, serving as an extra service offered to players who use them especially to top up their Paysafecard account, for services activated via Octopay, and for topping up prepaid cards, but certainly not limited to these. The terminal allows you to pay taxes and duties, bank installments, gaming licenses, taxi or delivery accounts, train tickets, concert tickets, etc. <\/p>\n

\nComplementary to payment terminals, terminals for buying and selling virtual currencies have become very popular. These are part of our portfolio, are already known and used by players, and have become a trend or, more precisely, a necessity in gambling locations. We are currently focusing on developing the network of virtual currency terminals, with the collaboration with the Ukrainian company QMall being a strategic step in this regard. The common goal, of course, is to penetrate the Romanian market, where we have the experience, but with a rather rapid leap towards Europe. QMall is led by Ukrainian Mykola Udiansky, an old friend of EasyPay’s founder, Serghei Fraseniuc, who currently leads the group and is, of course, the primary decision-maker, with whom we choose the business direction. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

EasyPay is currently developing its own network of terminals for selling and buying virtual currencies, collaborating locally with Game World and Novomatic locations, which are proving to be a mutual success.<\/p>\n

At the Entertainment Arena Expo 2022, where we are unfailingly present every year, we presented these two products to customers, alongside the range of betting terminals. This year, six new models adapted to market requirements with 24\u201d, 27\u201d, and 32\u201d monitors were present at the stand. Also this year, for the first time, we organized a raffle at our stand, in which visitors participated, and as a result, a betting terminal, the EasyBet 2 model, was won. <\/p>\n

Qmall representatives were also invited to the exhibition, with whom we premiered the Easy QML solution, the terminal dedicated to this collaboration with which we are starting development, and which is already highly appreciated, with many companies already interested in investing in developing their own networks in their regions. These positive reactions confirm that the direction is correct and that results will be visible in the immediate future. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

All these terminals, whether for payment, betting, virtual currency, information, or any other business area for which we have developed solutions, are produced by the group’s second company, EasyPay Production. By having our own production factory and performing assembly, software implementation, and warehousing in Romania, we can keep all costs under control, thus offering customers the best solution in terms of cost, service, and quality, followed by the shortest delivery time. Product customization in terms of technical specifications and design is a strong point that clients look for when choosing their supplier, and which we successfully fulfill. We also offer a series of advantages to our clients, from guiding them in choosing the correct product, a dedicated check room for software implementation and order approval, storage space until delivery, support during terminal loading and delivery, and commercial advice regarding product visibility in the location and increasing sales. <\/p>\n

Another criterion we manage to meet is being a local company, thus being able to control the warranty period, but especially the post-warranty period, repair, and maintenance services, which are handled by the group’s third company, EasyTechnix. Customers feel comfortable and secure knowing our location and accessing it very easily from a logistical, time, and cost perspective.
\nOn EasyBet, the fourth and youngest company in the group, we decided to support small and medium-sized companies or those just starting out, which do not have very large investment budgets but still wish to remain in business. Therefore, we rent out the necessary equipment with which they open and operate betting locations and bars. <\/p>\n

The EasyPay team is carefully formed, and throughout its 12 years of activity, the group has experienced growth, with every decision being thoroughly considered in this regard. The Romanian market remains primary for us as we are local and know its needs very well and have the capacity to meet them, but at this moment, we are focusing on developing in Europe and gradually moving towards other continents. A first step, which we consider fundamental, is opening an office in Europe, and after checking several options, we decided that Spain benefits us the most. So, we are preparing to open the EasyPay Spain office at the beginning of 2023. <\/p>\n

At the same time, I believe our presence at all relevant industry exhibitions is necessary, so we decided on EasyPay’s participation in SBC Summit Barcelona, where we will present the models we also exhibited at the local exhibition, and in 2023, we will be present at ICE London, an exhibition we also attended in 2019 before the pandemic. However, we are not limited to the gambling sector; we also participate in exhibitions dedicated to Vending, HoReCa, Transport, etc. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

In another form, we are also present in the sports sector, supporting the Romanian Squash Federation as a sponsor, as well as three junior basketball teams.<\/p>\n

Centralizing all the above activities, we practically cover all market requirements in the self-service kiosk domain: projection, production and warehousing, our own networks of payment terminals, virtual currency and betting terminals, service and maintenance, sales, rental, and turnkey business. We share our 12 years of experience with clients and guide them throughout the implementation process of the solutions we offer, our clear interest being to enhance their success. <\/p>\n

If I were to describe the EasyPay group in three words, I would say: price \u2013 quality \u2013 experience.<\/strong>
\nI joined EasyPay in 2016, when the parent company was stable, but development was a priority. Therefore, a crucial first step was to first develop the product range, which evidently allowed me to access more domains. We evolved with small and correct steps, we tested before proposing, and the services we offer today are vastly superior to those at our debut. Our image is fresh, yet stable, solid, and trustworthy. Our products are suitable for any business domain, which is why I would like to mention that you can find EasyPay kiosks in banks, city halls, transport, HoReCa, fitness centers, currency exchange offices, insurance companies, etc. <\/p>\n

Being responsible for the operation of our products, the group’s development and the division of activities into several companies came as an obvious necessity. At the same time, we certified EasyPay products to bring them to European standards through CE Certificate and ISO Certification. Over time, we have been awarded, in the product category, as the “Sports Betting Terminal of the Year” for three consecutive years in 2019, 2020, and 2021, and at the company level, EasyPay System was rated as the highest-ranked Golden Company in 2022.
